Score notes on custom dimensions - then sort and filter by those scores to surface what matters most. Create a dimension in List Settings: give it a name (e.g. "Impact", "Effort", "Urgency") and assign scores from 0–10 to individual notes. Then sort the list by that dimension to bring high-scoring notes to the top. You can have multiple dimensions per list and combine them with Filters - for example, "Impact above 7 and Effort below 4" to find high-value, low-cost ideas. Scores are stored in your Google Sheet alongside the note.
