See every edit made to a note - what changed and when.

Note History tracks every meaningful change made to a note: title edits, description edits, flag changes, list assignments, and media additions or removals. Open a note and tap the history icon to browse the change log. History is stored locally on your device. It is not synced to your Google Sheet. If you clear your local data or sign in on a new device, history from the previous device is not available.
