Hooks are direct connections between notes. Link one note to another to show they're related - useful for source and derivative notes, connected ideas, or anything that belongs together but lives in different lists. Add a hook from the note's detail screen. A hook appears on both connected notes as a tappable link - tap it to jump directly to the linked note. One note can hook to as many others as you like. Hooks vs flags Flags are for categories - "urgent", "client", "review". Hooks are for relationships between specific notes - the brief that led to the doc, the problem note that spawned three solution notes, the original that an annotation belongs to. Use hooks when the connection is between two particular notes, not a shared label. Hooks are stored locally and sync to your Google Sheet.
