User-defined labels for notes and media. Create any flag you need - apply, filter, and batch by flag across all your lists.

Flags are labels you define yourself. Name them anything - "urgent", "client", "waiting", "review". There are no preset types. Create as many as you need, or keep it to one. Applying flags Tap the flag icon on any note card, or open a note and tap the flag option in the Clarify panel. You can also flag media directly from its preview card. In Batch mode, select multiple notes and apply or remove a flag in one step. Finding flagged notes Open the search bar and use the Flag filter to show all flagged notes, or select a specific flag to narrow results. Flags work across all your lists - a flag you create appears everywhere in Boat. Managing flags Create, rename, and delete flags from Settings. Renaming a flag updates every note it's attached to.
