Dock is your inbox. Every new note lands in Dock by default until you move it somewhere else. Dock is always present - it cannot be renamed or deleted. It behaves like any other list: search within it, filter, sort, and batch-operate on its notes. Notes that stay in Dock permanently are fine. Move them to another list when it's useful, not as a rule. Tap Capture in the footer from any screen to add a note to Dock instantly.
