Boat Insights reads your active notes and produces one clear, opinionated insight about where your effort is going and what matters most right now. Open Boat Insights from the Clarify button on any note screen. Boat selects the most relevant notes from your workspace, sends them to the AI, and returns a short insight grounded in what you've actually written. What you get A single prose insight - not a checklist. The AI takes a position: what the notes show about your current direction, what deserves focus, and what to do next. It can include a link to a specific note when it's central to the point. Alongside the insight, a compass shows the AI's read on your state across four directions: North - Progress: momentum, wins, things moving forward East - Creativity: ideas, exploration, new directions South - Stagnation: stuck points, things not moving West - Distraction: scattered effort, low-value activity If the notes support it, Boat Insights may also suggest a small number of clarify actions - moving notes to a more relevant list, applying a flag, or merging near-identical notes. These are optional and appear beneath the insight.
