Boat is a web app that can be installed to your home screen on any device. No app store required. iOS Open Boat in Safari. Tap the Share icon (box with arrow), then Add to Home Screen. The app opens full-screen without a browser bar. Android Open Boat in Chrome. Tap the menu (three dots), then Add to Home Screen or Install App. Desktop Open Boat in Chrome or Edge. Look for the install icon in the address bar, then Install. Updates download automatically in the background while you use the app. When an update is ready, Boat shows a prompt - tap to reload and get the latest version. You don't need to visit an app store or check for updates manually.
