Select multiple notes and move, flag, archive, or delete them in a single action.

Select multiple notes at once and act on all of them in a single step. Long press any note card to enter batch mode. Tap other cards to add or remove them from the selection. You can also enter batch mode from the command bar with .boat batch open. Batch actions: move notes to a list, add or remove a flag, mark as Complete, or delete (if already completed). Confirm once - all selected notes update together. Use this to triage Dock, bulk-move research notes, or clear completed items. For larger or more complex batch operations For larger or more complex batch operations - like "flag everything in Dock from last month" or "move all notes about the launch to the Launch list" - Boat Assist does the selection for you using a plain-language request.
